    I refuse to get cause up in the hysteria that vaccinations cause autism. I know that if i have my child vaccinated he will be protected from these diseases if exposed(and there have been outbreaks of mumps and measles because of unvaccinated children) and I'm not willing to risk his life on the uncomfirmed/very unlikely chance he will suddenly become autistic.     Now, I'm not a psychiatrist or psychologist but what I can see is that mental illness includes the major disruptions in thinking such as psychoses and autism, as well as many different personality disorders.
